Jenifer GeraeFounder/President
Jenifer is a proven leader in business and a dedicated child advocate. She has founded and owned two successful businesses and served in several executive support roles. She attended college at UNC-Charlotte and WCU , seeking degrees in both English and Business, Management. Medical complications prevented her from obtaining her degree, however she continued her education in various fields including Entrepreneurship, Business Leadership and Finance, Psychology, Somatics and Kinesiology.
Jenifer has a strong will and determination to make a difference in the lives of children. Having overcome extreme adversity in both her childhood and adult years, she has risen strong and allows those experiences to fuel her passion to help others avoid victimization, learn how to use their voice against oppression and help them realize their potential, value and the importance of self-awareness and protection.
Jenifer is a single mother and moved back to her hometown of Naples in 2011 to raise her three children. Her fierce passion in life, and for the mission of fullcircle40 ,can largely be credited to her love for her children and her role as a devoted mother.
Charles W. B. Wardell, IIIBoard Chairman
Charles is internationally regarded as a leader in the executive search industry. He has a deep appreciation for effective governance and executive leadership. His heart for children has continually led him to involvement in several missions supporting children. He is a dedicated, loving father and grandfather.
Charles graduated from the U.S. Army Special Warfare School at Fort Bragg, North Carolina after becoming an officer and is a decorated combat veteran who served with distinction in Vietnam. Following his Army service, he graduated from Harvard College and continued his career in the White House — as deputy special assistant to Presidents Nixon and Ford and was appointed by President Ford a deputy assistant Secretary of State working in Henry Kissinger’s State Department.
Charles retired as Chairman of the Board and CEO, Witt/Kieffer effective July 1, 2017 and retired as senior advisor in January 2018. Earlier in his career, Charles held senior leadership roles at American Express, Travelers, MasterCard International and Citicorp. BusinessWeek named Charles one of the world’s fifty most influential search executives in 2008. He also received the prestigious Gardner W. Heidrick Award for contributions to the search industry.
Charles retired as senior advisor to Witt/Kieffer in January 2018 and was a former board member of Witt/Kieffer and Witt/Kieffer Ccentric Ltd., British American Business, Turning Point, L.L.C., General Employment Enterprises, Inc., Fedcap Rehabilitation Services, and a former senior advisor to Collier Capital, L.L.C. He previously served as global chairman for the Association of Executive Search Consultants and was on the board of Cowen and Company. Currently, Charles chairs the advisory committee for Avrio Systems Inc., a leading Boston based artificial intelligence company dedicated to global staffing and recruiting; and is co-founder of Camden Kelly, a growing national staffing firm.
Charles currently serves on the Board for FedCap. A nonprofit founded in 1935, Fedcap develops innovative solutions, creating opportunities for people with barriers to economic well-being.
Valarie FiedlerBoard Secretary
Valarie Fiedler brings a wealth of talent and knowledge to our Board of Directors, with almost fifteen years of experience within the leadership recruitment arena specializing in leaders for healthcare, higher education, academic medicine and the not-for-profit areas. Over the years she has assisted several board chairs, chief executive officers and executive vice presidents in the management of firms with over $60 million in revenue.
Valarie has a non-stop Midwest work ethic with keen entrepreneurial spirit and insight. She has developed a strong understanding of project management and the executive search process, helped in several start-up businesses and has considerable experience in manufacturing, real estate, customer service and the hospitality industries. She also has previous Board of Directors experience in roles as vice chair, treasurer and secretary. In addition to her professional work, Valarie participates in community service activities, fund raisers, enjoys a wide variety of sports and is a great cook.
